Tea is real good for you son, so drink up. I would only watch out for drinking too much green tea if you are on blood thinning medication. In fact, you might check with your doctor if you are on any medication at all to see if green tea interacts with it. One cup should be fine though, and your nighttime herbal tea should be fine too, but again check with your doc for any real medical questions.
I’ve been drinking a diet herbal tea for many years now to help me move regularly. I’ve been intrigued with Green Tea and I wanted to know if i can still do Green Tea during the day (like in the morning instead of coffee), and still do my diet herbal tea at night?
