Most women who are training are there for a purpose, and that purpose is not to listen to your pathetic one-liners between reps. That being said, if you insist on trying to meet women at the gym, here at least are some tips to hopefully avoid getting your head smashed between two 45 lb plates by that Wonder Woman in the squat rack.

The gym is more than just a place to get a good workout – it is also potentially, a place to meet women. People who exercise regularly take pride in their appearance, meaning that most gyms are filled with attractive women. Even though trying to talk to a woman that you don’t know can be a bit intimidating, it is a lot easier than you might think.
